We are a licensed electrical contractor in the state of California. We are registered with the CSLB. Our license number can be seen in the footer of our website.
All California electricians must have workers’ compensation insurance in order to secure and maintain their contractor license. This should not be confused with professional indemnity insurance. At RESS Electric, we are proud to carry both to protect you, our business, and our workers.

At RESS Electric, we are able to send our electricians to just about any city in Southern California – specifically Orange County and Los Angeles.
At RESS Electric, we do offer a limited warranty on the work performed. We cover most repairs if any malfunctions occur when the job is finished. Our warranty is detailed in your contract. If you are under warranty, then any problems that happen after the job will be repaired without additional costs. Some restrictions may apply. We encourage you to read and review your warranty before signing any contract with us.
If you already have the materials needed to perform the work needed, we can use the materials you provide us. However, we do not offer a materials list. Each of our trucks contain all the electrical components we need to get the job done. The cost of the materials are included in the price quoted but not broken down by line item because each job site varies.
As you may already know, when you hire a general contractor to perform electrical work, it is common knowledge that they only manage your project and hire sub-contractors to do the work. At RESS Electric, we have 4 electricians on staff. We do not sub out any electrical work to anyone else.
